By completing registration and submitting payment, you consent to the following Policies, Participation Release and Waiver of Liability:

"I am executing this Participant Release and Liability Waiver (“Release”) in connection with my voluntary participation in the Wise Living Post-Panchakarma Program ("Program") provided by Earth Wisdom, Inc., a North Carolina, USA corporation (“Earth Wisdom”). In consideration of my participation in the Program, and other good and valuable consideration, I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth below.

"My choice to participate in the Program is knowing, voluntary, and made for my personal enjoyment.

Live Session Recording Policy

Live sessions take place on Zoom livestream services. While using their platform I acknowledge I must comply with Zoom policies. Earth Wisdom will record and store all live sessions for the benefit of all Program members to view. By attending the live sessions, I agree for my voice and image to be recorded and stored by Earth Wisdom for this purpose, and to have the recording uploaded to the Online Classroom for Program members to access. Earth Wisdom will ask for my consent before sharing any recording of me outside of the course members’ community.

Intellectual Property and Copyright Information

I acknowledge the Online Classroom materials, including images, text, and attachments, and the services I have access to are the property of Earth Wisdom, Inc. © all rights reserved. I agree that I will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell these materials for any purpose. I agree that I will not remove, obscure, or alter any notices (including author attribution and copyright), which may be affixed to or contained within the materials.

Liability Disclaimer

I acknowledge that the materials and instruction provided in this Program are for educational and informational purposes only. These educational materials and instruction are not a substitute for the advice of a licensed medical health care professional. I understand if I have medical issues or questions, I am advised to seek the guidance of a licensed health care provider. 

Participant Release and Liability Waiver

I assume all risks and full responsibility for any and all damages which may incur through my participation in the Program. I, the participant, for myself and my heirs, successors, and assigns, hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Earth Wisdom and their affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, agents, employees, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all responsibilities, claims, causes of action, damages, costs or expenses of any kind, or liability arising from or in any way connected to the Program, including but not limited to injury or illness resulting from participation in any Program activities, including but not limited to lectures, discussions or yoga and movement programs, and contact with other participants (collectively, the “Claims”). I agree not to file suit or grievance or make any Claims against the Released Parties in any local, state, or federal court or administrative office on account of any injuries or damages covered herein. I expressly agree that this Release shall cover all physical and emotional injuries and/or damages, including without limitation all bodily injury and property damage, whether suffered by me or anyone else, during or after the Program.

I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against the Released Parties.  On my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, successors, and assigns I hereby agree to indemnify and hold each of the Released Parties harmless from and against any and all Claims made or incurred by anyone, including any third parties or myself, arising out of or in any way connected to the representations I have made in this Release, my participation in the Program, or any other errors, negligence, acts and/or omissions by me, wherever or whenever such activities or events may occur and whether suffered before, during or after such participation. My indemnification obligations shall include, without limitation, all attorneys’ fees, costs and judgments incurred by any of the Released Parties through and including any appeals.

If any provision or part thereof of this Release is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed modified to conform to applicable law, or if this would cause an illogical or unreasonable result, such provision or part thereof shall be stricken from this Release without affecting the binding force or effect of any other part or provision. This is intended to be a complete and unconditional release of liability and an unconditional indemnification to the greatest extent allowable by law.  This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any claim or cause of action arising under this Release may be brought only in the federal and state courts located in Durham County, North Carolina and I hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. I specifically waive the right to a trial by jury.

I represent and warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age. I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to the above release and waiver."
